<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We are looking for an experienced Lead Product - Ui/Ux Designer for our client. This is a permanent position that is remote to start with later relocation to <strong>Winnipeg</strong>. Our client is a global enterprise company with a product that you've likely used. </p><p>You Will: </p><ul><li>Lead the design strategy for multiple teams/departments</li><li>Work with key stakeholders to identify and analyze opportunities to improve our products </li><li>Ensure a healthy pipeline of mid-longer team initiatives that will help drive future innovation</li><li>Working effectively in an agile environment to deliver product increments and ensure that requirements are met. Measures and monitors design quality after releases. </li><li>Participate in the design leadership community to help drive best practices across the design community</li><li>Participates in the recruitment within the design discipline.</li><li>Coaching and Mentoring designers.</li></ul><p>You Have:</p><ul><li>Minimum 5+ years in a senior or design/UX leadership position</li><li>Experience mentoring and coaching designers in design practices</li><li>Experience with line management of 1-2 designers </li><li>Experience delivering a design vision or strategy which has shaped the roadmap of multiple teams</li><li>Experience creating high quality UX&D work across large scale projects</li><li>Understanding of the business value we are solving for our users </li><li>Experience making user-led decisions, and is comfortable working with user insights e.g. from user research of quantitative insights, data, ethnography.</li><li>Experience setting clear goals, deadlines and key milestones for design discovery, and tracking progress against these successfully.</li></ul><p>Required:</p><ul><li>Must have a portfolio</li></ul><p>Perks:</p><ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Individual performance bonus</li><li>Health and dental benefits </li><li>3 weeks vacation </li><li>Relocation Package </li><li>RSP matching </li></ul><p>If this opportunity sounds like something that fits your career path, please apply to this posting; we'd love to talk to you!</p></p></p>
