Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead QA Analyst to lead our interactions with internal and external testers worldwide. You will maintain and improve communication channels and workflows, ensuring effective QA coverage and collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Support the QA team in testing execution, ensuring defects are accurately reported and timely addressed.
- Collaborate with QA leadership to improve quality and scope testing efforts efficiently.
- Manage communication pipelines, workflows, and documentation, continuously seeking process improvements.
- Act as the main contact between external QA vendors and internal teams, resolving bottlenecks.
- Participate in issue investigation, defect reporting, and regression testing to ensure quality standards.
What You Bring
- Experience in game development and QA support processes.
- Experience managing cross-location QA teams.
- Strong understanding of QA processes, test planning, and documentation.
- Proficiency with QA tools such as Test Rail, JIRA, and Confluence.
- 4+ years of software testing experience, including 1 year in leadership roles.
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of industry-standard game editors and compliance.
- Experience with mobile and web games.
- Live Ops experience and relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Scrum Master).
