The Lead Product Analyst will support the Product team by conducting research and delivering clear analyses of product initiatives. You will be a key advocate for data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in teamwork and leveraging data to inform decisions.
About The Job
- Research and analyze market landscape, customer behavior, product metrics, and emerging trends to identify and address product gaps.
- Generate innovative ideas to increase market share, enhance customer experience, and drive growth and conversions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to write product specifications, evaluate options, and conduct scenario analyses.
- Perform product performance evaluations, monitor key metrics, and recommend optimization strategies.
- Create tracking and testing plans to ensure accurate measurement of product deployments.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to translate product changes into business impact.
- Lead and manage a team of analysts effectively.
About You
- 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst, product manager, or programmer in a startup environment.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL (mandatory) and Python (preferred), with experience in software development.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable communicating in English.
- Strong intuition for user behavior.
- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with strong project management skills to see initiatives through.
