Your day-to-day will involve a blend of hands-on work and leadership:</p><ul><li><strong>Lead from the Front:</strong> Work directly on installations, providing expert guidance and training to your team and laborers.</li><li><strong>Blueprint & Plan Interpretation:</strong> Effectively read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure precise execution.</li><li><strong>Project Coordination:</strong> Lead and coordinate your installation team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.</li><li><strong>Quality & Safety Champion:</strong> Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and project specifications, maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.</li><li><strong>Proactive Problem Solver:</strong> Anticipate potential issues, troubleshoot challenges on-site, and implement solutions efficiently to keep projects on track.</li><li><strong>Clear Communicator:</strong> Regularly communicate project progress, challenges, and directives to project and field managers via phone, email, and cloud-based platforms.</li><li><strong>Site Management:</strong> Oversee daily site conditions, document progress, manage material flow, and assist with scheduling sub-trades and phases of work.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Interaction:</strong> Professionally interact with clients, homeowners, sub-trades, product representatives, inspectors, and other stakeholders.</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul><li><strong>Hands-On Experience:</strong> 7-10 years of demonstrable, hands-on experience in the construction or installation field.
