Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, assist with machine operation, and answer any questions about services.
Facility Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness throughout the laundromat, including machines, folding tables, floors, and restrooms.
Machine Monitoring: Check washers and dryers for proper functioning, remove lint from dryers, and report any maintenance needs.
Laundry Services: Handle drop-off laundry service orders, including washing, drying, folding, and packaging.
Supply Replenishment: Restock vending machines, detergent dispensers, and other customer supplies as needed.
Safety & Security: Ensure the laundromat follows health and safety regulations and assist in maintaining a safe environment for customers.
Cash Handling: Assist with change machines and process payments for drop-off laundry services.
Requirements:
-Friendly and approachable demeanor. -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Comfortable with light physical labor, including lifting laundry bags and standing for extended periods. -Basic problem-solving skills for minor machine issues. -Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
