<p> Job Title: Lab Technologist </p><p> Contract Duration: 08/25/2025 to 12/31/2025</p><p> Job Summary: Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technologist responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, and ensuring the quality and compliance of products. </p><p> Key Responsibilities: </p><ul><li> Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on samples. </li><li> Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability. </li><li> Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment. </li><li> Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. </li><li> Document and maintain accurate records of test results and procedures. </li><li> Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory methods and procedures. </li><li> Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient laboratory operations. </li><li> Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes. </li></ul><p> Qualifications: </p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in laboratory technology, Chemistry, or a related field. </li><li> Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting. </li><li> Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment. </li><li> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li> Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tests and recording results. </li><li> Effective communication and teamwork skills. </li><li> Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations. </li></ul><p> Additional Details: Support lab operation, safety and environmental systems; support stakeholders on projects, R&D, and operations optimization; carry out routine and non-routine lab testing and data entry for Operations, MARP, EPAP, Compliance, Regulatory, Production Accounting, Reservoir, and Sales Oil. </p>
