Working within established processes, you will contribute to maintaining clarity, consistency, and momentum across ongoing initiatives. Through clear documentation, structured task tracking, and aligned timelines, the Junior Project Manager leverages a foundational understanding of <b>telecommunications </b>to enable teams to operate efficiently and deliver high-quality solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>What You'll Do & What You Bring: </b></p><ul><li>Manage Jira workflows from end to end, including ticket creation, assignment (in collaboration with key stakeholders), tracking, and follow-ups to support timely delivery.</li><li>Support planning and execution of recurring initiatives, including manual and automated testing cycles and regular reviews of operational tasks.</li><li>Assist with coordination of testing activities, ensuring tasks are visible, scheduled and completed as planned, while clearly communicating dependencies and timeline updates.</li><li>Apply a foundation of understanding of telecommunication concepts to interpret technical inputs and translate them into actionable, well-structured tasks.</li><li>Demonstrate clearly and concisely, with the confidence to follow up on timelines while balancing urgency with practical understanding of dependencies.</li><li>Work proactively and reliably in cross-functional environments, maintaining consistency, structure, and delivery focus.</li><li>Maintain and regularly update internal team documentation for internal and customer facing use.</li><li>Establish and maintain a correlation between customer-raised issues and new features, functionalities, and known limitations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>What Are The Requirements: </b></p><ul><li>1-2 years of experience in project management and telecom engineering, or related engineering field.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or related fields.</li><li>Foundation understanding of telecommunication concepts (networking, wireless systems, LTE/5G environments).</li><li>Practical experience with Jira for task tracking and confluence for documentation and knowledge management.</li><li>Familiarity with manual and automated testing workflows.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and timelines and effectively.</li></ul>
