<h3>Your Impact</h3>
<p>As a Junior Full-Stack Software Developer at Effortless Admin, you’ll contribute to building and enhancing our sophisticated benefits administration platform. You’ll work alongside experienced developers to create intuitive user interfaces and robust backend services using React and C# / .NET, helping to deliver an effortless experience for our clients.</p>
<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React and modern JavaScript</li>
<li>Develop and maintain C# services for our core platform functionality</li>
<li>Create and integrate RESTful APIs to connect front-end and back-end systems</li>
<li>Implement state management solutions and optimize application performance</li>
<li>Build reusable components and libraries for future use</li>
<li>Work with SQL Server databases to manage application data</li>
<li>Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code</li>
<li>Participate in code reviews and documentation</li>
<li>Collaborate with UX designers to implement intuitive user experiences</li>
</ul>
<h3>Technical Requirements</h3>
<h3>Essential</h3>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of software development experience in a production environment</li>
<li>Strong understanding and experience with object-oriented programming principles</li>
<li>Solid experience with JavaScript and React</li>
<li>Good working knowledge of C# and .NET framework</li>
<li>Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs</li>
<li>Proficiency with SQL and relational databases</li>
<li>Experience with version control systems (Git)</li>
<li>Understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field</li>
<li>Experience with modern React frameworks and libraries (Redux, React Query, etc.)</li>
<li>Knowledge of CSS preprocessors and modern CSS frameworks</li>
