We specialize in cladding, EIFS, stucco, and exterior wall systems for commercial and multi-unit developments.</p><p>We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented<br>Junior Estimator / Project Coordinator<br>to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about construction, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career in the industry.</p><p>Who Can Apply?</p><ul><li>Must be<br> legally entitled to work in Canada<br> (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit)</li><li>Relevant post-secondary degree/diploma (Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or related field)</li><li>Minimum 2 years' experience in estimating, project coordination, or a related construction role</li></ul><p>Required Skills</p><ul><li>Proficiency with Procore, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications</li><li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail in pricing and cost control</li><li>Clear communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, site teams, and management</li></ul><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Prepare accurate pricing and cost breakdowns for projects</li><li>Analyze material quantities and costs, ensuring efficient procurement</li><li>Monitor material usage and deliveries on job sites</li><li>Request, track, and issue shop drawings and material data sheets</li><li>Prepare and submit job site progress reports</li><li>Support project managers in day-to-day project coordination</li></ul><p>Work Schedule</p><ul><li>Full-time position, Monday to Friday, standard early start (typically 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)</li><li>Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines</li></ul><p>Start Date</p><p>Immediate — we are actively hiring and encourage qualified candidates to apply right away.</p><p>What We Offer</p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Opportunities for career growth</li><li>A collaborative work environment where your input is valued</li><li>Exposure to both office-based estimating and on-site construction management</li></ul>
