Junior Account Manager – Vape Industry

Our client, a leading enterprise in the vape industry, is seeking an energetic Junior Account Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive sales and manage customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for inbound and outbound sales calls, managing customer accounts, and meeting monthly revenue targets. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients
  • Manage and update customer information in the CRM system
  • Provide top-notch account management and customer service
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue and call-minute targets
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve company goals
  • Establish relationships with clients

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the vape industry or related fields
  • Proficiency in CRM management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability for multitasking and time management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory
