- Versatile trades professional with hands-on experience in rigging, mechanical maintenance, and industrial carpentry.
- Skilled in safe load handling, rigging inspection, and directing hoisting operations.
- Experienced in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial and marine mechanical systems.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints for accurate assembly and construction.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in hydraulics, electrical systems, and precision tools.
- Performs preventative maintenance and complex repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
- Capable of erecting, dismantling, and certifying structural components across industrial and commercial sites.
- Familiar with framing, installing doors/windows, and finishing work using wood, steel, and composites.
- Committed to safety; works comfortably at heights, in confined spaces, and varying weather conditions.
- Physically fit; able to lift and move equipment/materials up to 50 lbs. (or more as needed).
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to support extended hours or overtime.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Certified Journeyperson Millwright with training in Confined Space, Fall Protection, WHMIS, and HSE.
- 3+ years' experience in industrial carpentry, rigging, and mechanical maintenance.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, equipment assembly, and safe rigging practices.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and varied weather conditions.
- Physically fit to lift 50+ lbs., adaptable to overtime, and shift work.
- Owns tools/tool pouch; team-oriented, safety-focused, and problem-solving mindset.
- Meets Canadian Security Clearance requirements
