If you take pride in creating memorable moments and elevating the client experience, wed love to meet you!</p><p><br /></p><p>As a Sales Associate at Raffi Jewellers, you will:<br /></p><ul><li>Guide clients through the process of selection, decision making, and client after-sales, using a detailed understanding of all products and services available.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain expertise in fine jewellery such as precious metals, gemstones and craftsmanship, to provide personalized recommendations that reflect clients preferences.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and foster long-term relationships with clients, perform regular follow-ups and address any post purchase needs.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that the store meets the visual expectations of the brand.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate and assist co-workers when required to ensure that customer service is always maintained to the highest level.<br><br></li></ul><p>You will thrive in this role if you:<br /></p><ul><li>Are responsive, courteous and can communicate effectively with a diverse client base.</li></ul><ul><li>Are a client-forward thinker and dedicated to cultivating and maintaining longstanding relationships with clients.<br /></li><li>Enjoying working collaboratively within a close team and committed to treating team members with respect and empathy, contributing to a positive working environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Have a strong sense of client management and consistent follow-through.</li></ul><ul><li>Are curious, adaptable and willing to learn, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<br><br></li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelors degree is preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Have experience in retail sales.
