A global machinery parts company in Aurora, ON area is currently seeking a motivated Japanese / English Bilingual Sales Representative to join their office. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years’ work experience preferably in manufacturing environment, and a positive, team-oriented mindset. This is a full-time, direct hire position. Entry-level candidates and new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. Japanese / English Bilingual Sales Representative Responsibilities Include: · Maintain relationship with existing clients and increase sales activities by acquiring new clients · Coordinate and order international sales activities · Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests · Maintain accurate records such as sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices and other documents · Communicate and report with / to upper management regarding sales activities · Occasional domestic and international business travel as required · Creation of sales reports and miscellaneous documentation for upper management · Other duties as assigned Japanese / English Bilingual Sales Representative Requirements Include: · MUST have a valid driver’s license · Excellent communication and customer service skill in English and Japanese (speaking, reading and writing) · Must be able to speak, read and write business level of Japanese (JLPT N2 level) · At least 2-3 years’ work experience in Sales Support / Coordination, Office Administration, or Customer Support, preferably in a manufacturing environment · Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Excel (using pivot tables, formulas, V-lookup, etc.) and QuickBooks is preferred · Must be able to travel nationwide and internationally if needed · *While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
