IT Security Business Analyst
Job Description
Title: IT Security BA
Location: Downtown Ottawa - 5 days/week onsite at the beginning, minimum 3 days per week onsite after
Duration: 5-months to start with possibility of 3 additional months extension
MUST hold level 2 - Secret Government clearance
Scope of Work
- Develop SoRs and supporting documentation for 7 IT Security RFPs (e.g., Endpoint, SIEM, Visibility Fabric, etc.)
- Translate technical direction from internal stakeholders into formal requirements
- Define evaluation criteria and ensure alignment with procurement best practices
Key Requirements
- Experience developing SoRs for IT security initiatives
- IT security product knowledge: endpoint protection, SIEM, and visibility technologies, etc. etc.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into procurement-ready documentation
- Familiarity with HoC/GoC procurement frameworks and evaluation methodologies
