<b>IT Project Manager — Workday /ADP<br></b><br>
Drive global HR tech initiatives in the insurance industry as a senior IT Project Manager. Lead complex projects involving Workday, ADP, and SaaS tools in a hybrid Toronto-based role. Use your PMP and CSM credentials in a dynamic environment with global reach, stakeholder impact, and growth potential.<br>

<b>Responsibilities:<br></b>
<br>
<br>• Manage the entire project lifecycle from scope definition to implementation. <br>
<br>• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, driving key milestones.<br>
<br>• Utilize project management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Agile, Waterfall).<br>
<br>• Lead HR technology projects with a focus on Workday and ADP.<br>
<br>• Coordinate project resources and manage key internal and external stakeholders.<br>
<br>• Manage teams geographically dispersed across multiple time zones.<br>
<br>• Participate occasionally in late-evening meetings to support Asia-based teams.<br>
<br>• Ensure effective change management and adoption strategies.<br>
<br>• Develop and execute communication, training, and documentation plans.<br>
<br>• Monitor and control project scope, budget, and timelines, managing variances.<br>
<br>• Track and analyse variances in scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.<br>
<br>• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.<br>
<br>• Provide timely updates to all project stakeholders.<br>
<br>• Facilitate delivery in a global, matrixed organization across time zones.<br>
<br>• Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.<br>
<br>• Foster collaboration between business and technical teams.<br>
<br>
<b>What you will need to succeed:<br></b>
<br>
<br>• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.<br>
<br>• Possession of both Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications.<br>
<br>• 10+ years of experience managing global IT projects from initiation to deployment.<br>
<br>• Hands-on experience with Workday, ADP, SaaS tools, and API integrations.<br>
<br>• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.<br>
<br>• Strong command of Microsoft Office and JIRA.<br>
<br>• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and vendors.<br>
<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>
<br>• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<br>
<br>• Effective in project planning, risk management, and issue resolution.<br>
<br>• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strategic relationships.<br>
<br>• Experience in matrix organizations and managing vendor resources.<br>
<br>• Demonstrated ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.<br>
<br>• Experience leading HR technology projects from a technical perspective is an asset.<br>
<br>
