<b>Responsibilities:</b><b><br></b>
<br>
<br>• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project management methodologies.<br>
<br>• Develop, manage, and track detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and scope.<br>
<br>• Procure, manage, and lead project resources, including motivating, coaching, and advising team members.<br>
<br>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements.<br>
<br>• Lead technical teams in the delivery of high-quality, business-aligned software solutions.<br>
<br>• Define test plans and ensure solutions are defect-free prior to User Acceptance Testing.<br>
<br>• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and manage rollout planning and implementation.<br>
<br>• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to stakeholders and steering committees.<br>
<br>• Ensure compliance with systems development life cycles and project management standards.<br>
<br>• Present project updates and strategic outcomes to senior leadership and sponsors.<br>
<br>
<b>What you will need to succeed:</b><b><br></b>
<br>
<br>• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.<br>
Bilingual English and Mandarin required
<br>• PMP or PMI certification required.<br>
<br>• MBA or a related advanced degree is preferred.<br>
<br>• 5–7 years of proven experience in IT project management.<br>
<br>• Strong people management and team-building skills.<br>
<br>• Demonstrated adaptability and sound judgment in dynamic, fast-paced environments.<br>
<br>• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.<br>
<br>• Quick learner of complex business processes with strong business acumen.<br>
<br>• Effective communication and stakeholder management at all organizational levels.<br>
<br>• Expertise in risk management and applying project controls to business and technology domains.<br>
<br>• Experience leading HR IT or business application projects in large-scale, multi-platform environments.<br>
