New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of a critical infrastructure deployment project. This role is focused on managing the complete setup of a new office site in Toronto, ensuring all networking components (such as switches, access points, and firewalls) are in place and operational by September 2025. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end office or site launches, blending IT infrastructure expertise with real estate and construction coordination.

Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary Project Manager for the infrastructure rollout of a new site office in Toronto.
  • Represent the client across internal teams and external vendors and partners.
  • Oversee all elements of project delivery, including telecom infrastructure, hardware installation, scheduling, and coordination with OEM vendors.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders, including real estate teams, operations, and permit authorities.
  • Proactively identify risks and delays, and implement mitigation strategies to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure alignment with all project timelines and requirements, reporting directly to the client project leadership.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliveries in line with lead times for IT equipment and construction milestones.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • PMP certification.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing IT infrastructure and site delivery projects.
  • Previous experience managing cross-functional teams in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
  • Experience working on new office/site builds, with exposure to real estate processes, permitting, and construction schedules.
  • Strong understanding of networking components such as switches, firewalls, and access points.
  • Proven experience working with OEMs and handling vendor delays and logistics challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and represent client interests with professionalism and clarity.
  • Deep understanding of risk management practices in both IT and construction domains.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; French language skills are a strong asset.
  • Ability to work on-site in Toronto
