Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role located in Winnipeg, MB. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional design solutions that cater to clients' needs. The role includes space planning, developing interior design concepts and creating construction drawings. Collaboration with architects, contractors, and clients is essential to deliver high-quality projects within the set timelines and budgets. The role also involves ensuring design concepts are executed effectively during construction.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Space Planning, product selections and Interior Design
- Proficiency Construction Drawings, with a focus on detail and accuracy
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design ideas and solutions
- Proven experience in managing projects from concept to completion
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines
- Education or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Industry experience or knowledge of home renovations is an asset
