<p><b>Integrated Logistic Support - (MUST HOLD ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE)</b></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Key Areas of Responsibility:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Must hold active secret clearance </li><li>Experience in desktop publishing processes and graphics production software such as Adobe Suites.</li><li>Knowledge of S1000D specification and IETM format.</li><li>Experience in the Canadian Forces Technical Orders format and the modification of existing OEM Technical Publications into Government Adopted Publications.</li><li>Knowledge of the National Defence Index of Documentation and equipment registration number processes.</li><li>Experience in Logistics Support Analysis Record software and/or manipulating raw .XML data.</li><li>Prepare, author, and/or revise technical documents such as Logistical Support Analysis Records (LSARs), Equipment Family Trees (EFTs) and other Misc. Reports as necessary to support improvements to the technical data package and support solution.</li><li>Review products of the technical data package in collaboration with engineers to ensure that the technical data reflects the latest system/equipment configuration, is complete, accurate and consistent across the support solution.</li><li>Coordinate the activities related to the verification of the final technical data package, track progress and report status.</li><li>Analyze Document Change Requests and liaise with technical contributors as appropriate to address the request and prepare or coordinate the development of the Change Package to identify the technical data package changes and revisions.</li><li>Implement the technical data package changes and revisions.</li><li>Review and provide concurrence to changes and revisions of the technical data package ensuring the products are technically accurate, logically presented, consistent with the appropriate national defence specifications, formats, and customer requirements.</li><li>Coordinate the development of new technical data in support of engineering changes, technical bulletins, logistics support analysis or problem reports.</li><li>Coordinate the translation of the technical data and the acquisition of associated Translation Accuracy Checks for all translated material or of translation waivers if applicable.</li></ul>
