Gregory Barber has built an agency that strives on providing an incredible customer service experience and building long term relationships with our clients.</p><p>Join us in helping our clients & community protect both who & what they love!</p><p>Base Salary: Minimum $50,000 a year (Negotiable based on qualifications)</p><p>Incentives + Bonus Plan</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Find new clients and increase the number of new accounts</li><li>Being competent to do outbound calling, email clients and have in person meetings on a daily basis</li><li>Retaining and developing client’s relationships to further enhance their experience with our office and meet new developing needs of clients in person and by making outbound phone calls</li><li>Ability to take initiative and act effectively in various circumstances without direction in a team of 5 by accomplishing daily goals and dividing responsibilities to ensure clients are taken care of</li><li>Ensure while representing the agency they maintain the high reputation of our business, clients and community</li></ul><p></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must have General Insurance License (OTL)</li><li>Back ground and credit check is required upon a job offer</li><li>Fluency in English both written and spoken is essential in this role</li><li>Persistent; when done respectfully and consistently, breaks through. It reminds customers that you are there with a solution to their problems. It gives them multiple chances to connect.
