IT Project Manager
Contract Length: 8 months, with a possible extension
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced contractor to develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy for the successful onboarding of our new replacement system for the existing MCAT platform.
- This critical role involves analyzing the training needs for approximately 3,000 diverse users across roles such as CSRs, Agencies, Client Care, Business Bankers, and Admin staff.
- The contractor will be responsible for identifying specific training requirements, determining the optimal delivery methods, and creating a complete suite of materials.
- This includes developing both transition training documentation and courses for existing staff familiar with the MCAT system, as well as designing evergreen training materials suitable for ongoing use with new hires.
- Ultimately, we need a self-directed expert who can define the project scope, manage content creation, and ensure all user groups are proficient in using the new system effectively.
