Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative is an incredibly rewarding opportunity. The individual will be working with our sales engineers to generate revenue by obtaining new and development new opportunities with existing customers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue by selling products to customers.
  • Build strong working relationships with both customers and supplier
  • Enhance existing customer relationships, acquiring new customer accounts.
  • Help customers find the right solution for their needs.
  • Commit to personal growth and development by participating in Testforce sales training sessions.
  • Continually learn about key suppliers, product specifications and capabilities, applications, market segments and competition.
  • Answering inbound calls related to product inquiries (i.e. leads generated by our suppliers).
  • Make outbound sales calls using a targeted contact list. (Prospecting product line)
  • Track and follow-up on sales opportunities.
  • Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software program by updating account and contact notes, tasks, and opportunities.
  • Guide customers through their journey, helping them find solutions to their technical and issues to ensure their success.
  • Work with Technical Account managers on plans for targeted accounts to ensure success.
  • Educate customers on Testforce product lines and services.
  • Participate in the discussion and provide feedback for customers experience improvement in sales meetings.

Education, Experience and Knowledge:

  • College diploma or certificate in electronics, electrical technologist, mechatronics, or electrical engineering technology strongly preferred.
  • Experience in prospecting, generating sales leads, and executing sales.
