Responsibilities
In this client‑facing role you become a product‑knowledge expert, supporting customers through the following:
Customer Service
- Greet customers in‑person or on the phone.
- Answer inquiries about materials and services.
- Make it easy for customers to do business with us.
Order Processing
- Enter and process customer orders.
- Provide accurate product, availability, and delivery information.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to customers and orders.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Completed high‑school certificate required; post‑secondary education an asset.
- Experience in the building industry (hardware store, pro‑desk) desired, but training provided.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and number sequences.
- Computer proficient.
- High compliance with standards, requirements, and processes.
- Emotional intelligence for respectful, courteous interactions.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and perform in a fast‑paced environment.
