As an Inside Sales Representative for a family law firm in Toronto, your primary responsibility is to help generate new business and revenue for the firm. You will work closely with the firm's principal and staff to identify potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule consultations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, referrals, and lead generation tools.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the firm's criteria for new clients.
- Respond to inquiries from potential clients and provide information about the firm's services.
- Schedule consultations with attorneys for qualified leads.
- Follow up with potential clients to answer any questions they may have and encourage them to schedule a consultation.
- Track and report on sales activities and results.
- Continually improve sales skills and knowledge of the firm's services.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships with potential clients and establish trust.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Familiarity with law and the legal industry in Canada is a plus.
