As a vital member of our team, you will get to enjoy some great benefits: What is in it for you? * Competitive compensation based on experience * Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefit programs for you and your family, including an RRSP program with company matching * We will develop your skills and certifications with our excellent training program & opportunity for advancement that includes the potential to enter our management training program * The opportunity to work with an excellent team and great customers * Regular day shifts * Great discounts for you and your family on tires, parts and mechanical services Primary Responsibilities: * Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians * Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up. * Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received * Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers * Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system. * Keep promotional material updated in the showroom. * Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field. * Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules. * Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts What does it take to get on track? * Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract * Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry * Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations * Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and, specialty tires and mechanical services * Available for split days off and Saturday shifts * Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must * A team player who takes pride in their work At Fountain Tire, you’d have a great place to work!
