Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.
From assisting with inquiries and orders to providing product recommendations and resolving customer issues, you’ll be the go-to resource for all things related to flooring sales.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.
Reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Present and demonstrate product features to potential clients.
Negotiate sales terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining customer records and generating reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience in inside sales in the flooring industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
