Role: Inside Sales/Order Desk
Location: Brampton, ON (On-site | Full-Time)
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year
Schedule: 10-hour shifts | Flexible start times (6:00AM–4:00PM or 7:00AM–5:00PM)

MUST HAVE:
Familiarity with building materials (Lumber, Drywall, Insulation, Framing, Doors, Hardware, etc.) — this is non-negotiable.

About the Company:

Responsibilities:
Familiar with building materials: Lumber, Drywall, Insulation, Framing, Doors, Hardware, etc.
Handle 30–40 customer calls/emails daily, assisting with new and existing orders.
Assist contractors and walk-in customers at the order desk (B2B and B2C service).
Coordinate with drivers for deliveries and address any on-site issues.
Maintain accurate data entry and order processing using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central), Teams, and Outlook.
Upsell and educate customers based on project needs and vendor information.
Provide fast, friendly, and professional customer service.
Work collaboratively in a team environment.
Thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Process, enter, and ship orders for Delivery or Pick-Up.
Maintain excellent communication and reading comprehension skills.
Leverage computer skills; trade experience is an asset.
Offer add-ons or alternative options for various building projects.

Qualifications:
Must have strong familiarity with building materials (lumber, drywall, insulation, doors, hardware, etc.).
Strong customer service skills (inside sales or order desk experience a bonus but not required).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and learning new systems.
Confident, solutions-driven, and motivated to upsell and educate customers.
