We specialize in high-quality printing, signage, and creative branding solutions. As a growing company, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Account Manager to help us expand our client base, strengthen key relationships, and drive revenue growth.
As a successful Inside Sales Account Manager, you will: Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities – Proactively research and engage potential clients to expand MYC Media’s customer base. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and satisfaction. Cross-Selling & Upselling – Identify opportunities to introduce additional products/services to clients, increasing their investment in MYC Media.
CRM Management – Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups using CRM software. Social Networking & Industry Events – Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to generate leads and strengthen relationships. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams – Act as a liaison between sales, design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Account Growth & Revenue Goals – Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service. Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or business development (experience in printing or signage industry is a plus). Strong ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities .
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience with CRM tools (e.HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads and sales activities. Comfortable attending networking events and representing MYC Media professionally.
