Our client, is seeking Inside Sales Account Representatives to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Inside sales experience, excellent communication skills and be passionate about establishing positive client relationships !

Job Title: Inside Sales Account Representative
Location: 150 Elgin Street, Ottawa ON
Start Date: March 12th for a 12 Month duration
Hours: First 6 weeks (Training) Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm EST.
Completion of training: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6.30pm EST (varies between 35-44hrs)

Pay Rate: $20.43/hr. with a contract bonus of CAD $450 after completion of 4 consecutive weeks of service & a further CAD $450 after completing 12 weeks’ service.

Inside Sales professionals build on a solid foundation in customer support, digital marketing expertise, and strong technology capabilities to support and guide small & medium businesses in their social media marketing efforts, both maximizing their personal capabilities and helping their businesses grow.
This Role includes:

  • Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals
  • Manage a portfolio of high spending advertisers of small to medium-sized businesses to grow revenue with higher product savviness
  • Research and discover fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client business models
  • Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solution(s) to meet their goal(s)
  • Personalize client recommendations to suit varying needs, using vertical expertise Improve clients’ experiences by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption
  • Proactively outreach (outbound calls) and reactively engage with clients over the phone and via email to frequently assess product performance and provide insights to optimize their advertisements and increase their investments
  • Demonstrate ability to build relationships with the creation of long-term marketing and sales strategies.
  • Understanding customers’ business and advertising goals to capture and build market intelligence.
  • Develop expert working knowledge of Social Media advertising solutions (including measurement) and what impacts performance, identify trends and solve problems
  • Share ideas to improve ad products and the customer experience
  • Exhibit curiosity by actively teaching self and others.

What’s Needed?
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: BPO experience
  • Outbound sales experience
  • Quota-based sales experience
  • Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling.
  • At least 1-year sales experience.
  • Overall Work Experience 3 Years
  • Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Advanced Proficiency in English essential
