We are seeking a successful, confident and social Inside Sales Account Manager to join our growing team.
This role involves managing and growing TP-Link’s existing customer accounts, focusing on building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue through various communication channels.

Reports to: VP Sales, B2B
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools
- A good understanding of the industry and the products or services being sold
- Eligibility to work in Canada
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and building strong relationships
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, increasing revenue, and selling additional products
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction
- Follow company sales processes, develop customer sales strategies, and implement account penetration strategies
- Assist with lead generation efforts and identify potential new business opportunities
- Provide technical support to customers and partners
- Track sales performance, analyze account activities, and report on key metrics
- Occasional provincial/interprovincial travel will be required
