SCE LifeWorks supports adults who have intellectual disabilities to work and participate in the community.Job Details:
- SCE LifeWorks is seeking an Individualized Support Worker to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday each week, providing support to an individual with an intellectual disability.
- The starting wage is $19.04 per hour.
- Hours of work are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, four days each week. Staff is paid for 8 hours when working 7 hour shifts.
- A vehicle is required for this position. Work Kilometers are reimbursed at .48/km. The staff is required to meet the supported person at her home in St. Vital and drive her to her community based work and leisure activities each day, supporting this person to be successful in her daily activities.
- Experience supporting adults who have intellectual disabilities is an asset.
- Casual hours may be available on Thursdays.
