The Opportunity:
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor role. We offer a highly competitive 50% commission on every single sale you make. Your success is our priority.
Your Clients Come First: Orders you generate are prioritized over founder-led and inbound sales, protecting your commissions and ensuring your clients get timely service.
Total Transparency: We are upfront about operational status and capacity.
You will be in-the-loop every step of the way as we execute our aggressive plans to scale. No hidden surprises.

What You’ll Do:
Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Conduct consultations to understand client pain points and clearly articulate the JobSniper solution and service guarantee.
Act as a trusted, ethical advisor to professionals navigating their job search.
