Magic is seeking an inbound sales coordinator to join our growing team. This position is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with 1-3 of inbound sales and/or customer service experience. If you are passionate and knowledgeable about marketing and sales, have experience working within medium to large sized sales organizations, and genuinely enjoy talking to people, this might be the role you’ve been looking for.

*Your Role*
Step into a role where no two days are the same.
As our Inbound Sales Champion, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers. Your expertise in call centre environments will shine as you convert incoming inquiries into exciting sales opportunities. Expect a mix of dynamic phone conversations (about 70%) and engaging in-person interactions at our showroom (about 30%).
*What You’ll Do*
* *Engage & Convert:* Handle a high volume of inbound calls, using your natural sales acumen to qualify prospects and set up appointments for our 25+ outbound sales professionals.
* *Manage Leads:* Keep track of over 600 appointments monthly, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
* *Multi-Channel Communication:* Leverage texts, emails, and other digital tools to maintain seamless, proactive customer communication.
* *Showroom Support:* Bring our innovative products to life by presenting them confidently in our showroom.
* *Team Collaboration:* Assist with contract revisions, project updates, and order management – we’ll train you every step of the way
