In Field Floral Merchandiser

<p>Start Date: Dec 7th, 2025</p><p>We are recruiting for Floral Field Merchandisers to work within a designated region on behalf of growers to merchandise plant programs in large retailers.</p><p>You will be responsible for travelling to retail locations, locate incoming orders, ensure they are placed on sales floor, manage inventory, pricing and provide maintenance on all items in the retail locations in a designated region.</p><p>Store visits occur approx 1-2 times per week and in store time ranges from 45min-1 hr in length per location.  Pay is paid at a flat rate for each location visited</p><p>Visits can be completed anytime during store hours within the allotted time frame provided by grower request.</p><p>If you fit the following criteria, we want to hear from you</p><ul><li>lifestyle fit and enjoy working flexible schedules on various programs & projects during different times of the year</li><li>ability to work in an independent self managed environment</li><li>floral or plant maintenance knowledge</li><li>customer service skills</li><li>personable and can easily build strong relationships</li><li>keen to learn new information quickly</li><li>able to multi task-efficient in time management</li><li>troubleshoot and problem solving ability</li><li>merchandising or retail experience</li></ul><p>Access to a cell phone with data for online reporting is a MUST for this position</p><p>Job Type: Casual/Seasonal with schedules provided on a month by month basis</p>
