Our client, a leader in data management solutions, is seeking an IBM InfoSphere MDM Production Support Specialist to join their team. As an IBM InfoSphere MDM Production Support Specialist, you will be part of the technical support team, ensuring the smooth operation of Master Data Management systems. Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid work.
What’s the Job?
- Provide production support for IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management (MDM) systems.
- Utilize deep understanding and hands-on experience in Unix and SQL Database (DB2, SQL) for troubleshooting and debugging.
- Engage in performance tuning and optimization of applications to enhance system efficiency.
- Interface with various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain current documentation and ticketing processes to ensure operational excellence.
What’s Needed?
- Production support experience in a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of Unix and SQL Database (DB2, SQL).
- Experience with HTML and Python is a plus.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and debug code effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to work with diverse teams and improve team capabilities.
