WE ARE HIRING TALENTED INDIVIDUALS TO BE PART OF THIS YEAR'S ELECTIONS<br><br>Join our election team as a Poll Technology Specialist responsible for managing and supporting voting equipment. You'll oversee tabulators, ePoll books, modems, and printers at polling locations.<br><br>
Contract: Feb 27th, 2025 (TBD)<br>Duration: 4 weeks<br>Incentives: Completion Bonus & Mileage 
<br>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate with Elections HQ for technology deployment and setup</li><li>Maintain equipment quality standards and troubleshoot technical issues</li><li>Support staff with technical problems and liaise with Technical Support</li><li>Assist with ePoll Book organization and logistics</li><li>Travel within district to resolve equipment issues</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>Field technician or technical support background </li><li>Proficient with hardware, Windows OS, networking, and Office 365</li><li>Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation and OEM guides.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for equipment transport </li><li>Ability to lift 45 lbs</li><li>Must be 18+ and eligible to work in Canada</li><li>Must work all days during contract - 100% availability required (weekends included)</li></ul>
Education:<ul><li>DCS/DEC required</li></ul>
