Responsibilities:

  • Administer HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Support the implementation and communication of company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining employee training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Manage employee performance and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.
  • Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive work environment and engage employees.
  • Assist with compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.

Skills and Experience:


  • HR Expertise: Proven experience in human resources, ideally in the construction or related industry.
  • Leadership: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey policies, expectations, and solutions.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, with experience in a high-growth or construction-focused company.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
