Innovative and recognized for the quality of its certified products, the company focuses on creativity, rigor, and eco-friendly practices to deliver unique products that bring joy.</p><h3>Tasks</h3><ul><li>Participate in the management team and contribute to the long-term growth strategy.</li><li>Define, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Develop training, talent development, and management programs.</li><li>Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new employees.</li><li>Collaborate with production to plan workforce needs and budgets.</li><li>Promote a positive work environment, manage conflicts, and mediate when necessary.</li><li>Manage HR systems, oversee payroll, and maintain employee records.</li><li>Lead succession planning and performance management initiatives.</li><li>Establish and track HR KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR actions.</li><li>Manage compensation and benefits programs equitably.</li><li>Promote health, safety, and well-being at work in compliance with CNESST regulations.</li><li>Organize social activities and encourage diversity and inclusion.</li><li>Ready for a new challenge?
