<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Plan and organize the delivery of social and community service programs</li>
<li>Resolve conflict situations</li>
<li>Plan and co-ordinate social services</li>
<li>Implement social programs, food and beverage, transportation, and other services</li>
<li>Assess client's relevant skill strengths and development needs</li>
<li>Provide suicide and crisis intervention</li>
<li>Manage home care cases</li>
<li>Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services</li>
<li>Interview clients, prepare case histories and assess problems</li>
</ul>
