Housekeeper/Cleaner

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including hospitality environments and residential spaces. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service while ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and presentable.
• Organize cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently to maintain an orderly work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality or residential cleaning is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Time management skills to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

• Monday to Friday
