<p>We at Deep Shore Marine Contracting Inc. are seeking a skilled Operator/Laborer to join our team. The candidate requires a valid DZ class license. The candidate shall have a minimum of 10 Years in the construction industry.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be proficient in various construction tasks and possess expertise in operating heavy equipment, using welders and numerous power and hand tools. As a Operator/Laborer, you will play a crucial role in executing projects related to dock/boathouse construction, erosion control solutions, fleet maintenance, earthwork excavation and more.</p><p>We at Deep Shore Marine are hiring for the 2025 season full-time.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Operating skid steers, excavators, boom trucks, loaders and other heavy equipment.</p></li><li><p>Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. </p></li><li>Execute installations with precision and attention to detail. </li><li>Support all projects by assisting in repairs and installations. </li><li>Work both on-site for installation and in-shop. </li><li>Contribute to restoration projects by repairing and restoring structures</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Operator/Laborer or similar role. </li><li>Proficiency in welding and using power tools. </li><li>Positive Attitude. </li><li>Knowledge of construction techniques and best practices. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and precision in work. </li><li>Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks. </li><li><p>Teamwork and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to spend a full 10 hour working day on feet and mobile.</p></li></ul><p>Nice-to-Have Skills:</p><ul><li>Experience in and around the water. </li><li>Familiarity with various types of construction methods. </li><li>Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.</li></ul><p>If you are a Operator/Laborer with a passion for quality craftsmanship and a diverse skill set in construction tasks, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
