In this role, you will work with a team to provide inclusive, resident-centered care that promotes dignity and independence, under the direction of a Licensed Practical Nurse and Supervisor.</p><p>What You'll Do</p><ul><li>Provide high-quality care in alignment with each resident's individualized care plan.</li><li>Support daily living needs including personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and recreational activities.</li><li>Complete safe and appropriate medication assistance in accordance with current standards.</li><li>Perform authorized and delegated procedures to meet specific resident needs.</li><li>Communicate observations and concerns to nurses, AHS Case Managers, and other health professionals.</li><li>Accurately document service hours and all activities performed for residents.</li></ul><p>Qualifications<br>:</p><ul><li>Certified Health Care Aide, registered with the Alberta HCA Directory.</li><li>Experience with elderly, disabled, and palliative care preferred.</li><li>Delivers person-centered care and involves residents and families in care planning.</li><li>Demonstrates emotional intelligence and strong communication skills in English.</li><li>May be exposed to infectious diseases; follows safety protocols and hygiene standards.</li></ul><p>Benefits You'll Enjoy:</p><ul><li>Clear pathways for advancement and professional development.</li><li>Flexibility to choose shifts that fit your lifestyle</li></ul><p><em>We'd love to work with you—join the Lifestyle Options team today.</em></p>
