Job Overview:

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

Duties:

– Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
– Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
– Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
– Manage reservations and room assignments
– Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
– Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills:

– Experience with phone systems and handling multiple lines
– Strong hospitality and customer service skills
– Bilingual proficiency is a plus
– Knowledge of guest services in a hotel setting
– Multilingual abilities are advantageous
– Proficient in phone etiquette
– Familiarity with front desk operations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekends as needed
