About the Role

Our Group Account Directors bring value to clients through their modern marketing expertise. They excel at hunting for new business, managing large regional or multiple smaller accounts, and providing strategic guidance to senior clients. They act as agency leaders, driving client results, fostering teamwork, and championing the Ogilvy brand internally and externally.

What You’ll Do


  1. Manage large regional integrated client portfolios.
  2. Nurture and grow senior client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  3. Identify and pursue organic new business opportunities.
  4. Lead client strategy, program development, and execution.
  5. Drive client satisfaction and business results.
  6. Manage client P&L, growth, and margins.
  7. Lead and motivate cross-departmental teams.
  8. Attract, develop, and retain talent.
  9. Promote diversity and inclusion within the team.

What You’ll Need

  1. 11+ years of experience, including 7+ in supervisory roles.
  2. Digital fluency and understanding of modern media landscapes.
  3. Strong business and financial acumen.
  4. Excellent networking skills.
  5. Passion for work, team, and industry.
  6. Curiosity and adaptability.
  7. Leadership skills to manage and develop teams.
  8. Knowledge of financial services marketing is a plus.
  9. Fluency in English; French is an asset.
