Grinder and Polisher
Location: North York, ON
Shift: Monday–Thursday (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Friday (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Are you a hands-on individual who takes pride in producing high-quality work?
We’re looking for a Grinder & Labourer to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll use industrial grinders and polishers to finish stainless steel products, ensuring they meet precise quality standards. You’ll also help maintain a clean and organized work environment that supports safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Grind, polish, and buff medium to large stainless steel products to required finish and quality standards.
Operate industrial power tools and handle components weighing up to 25 lbs during operation.
Inspect parts, identify surface imperfections, and remove defects using proper techniques.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Support with general shop upkeep and workstation cleaning.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience operating industrial grinders or polishers.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and focus on product quality.
Good organizational skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
