<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>GP - Medical Director for an Aesthetic Clinic in Brandon. MDSearch is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused General Practitioner with experience in cosmetic injecting and vein experience to take on the role of Medical Director for a premier cosmetic aesthetic clinic in Brandon.</p><p>Mainly, you will serve as a Cosmetic Injector, administering facial injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and PRP, as well as other aesthetic treatments. Additionally, as the Medical Director, your responsibilities extend to supervising the clinic’s operations in collaboration with the Regional Director, Clinic Lead, and other support staff.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide cosmetic injectable treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP) as a primary duty.</li><li>Perform aesthetic procedures and oversee clinical operations as Medical Director in collaboration with leadership and support staff.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injecting (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP).</li><li>Current license in good standing with CPSM.</li><li>Superior understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical aesthetic industry.</li><li>Vein certification</li></ul><h3>Compensation & Revenue Sharing</h3><p>The medical group’s model is performance-driven and rewards both clinical activity and leadership roles.
