<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>Wanted: General Maintenance Worker for Building <span >Maintenance/Renovations.</span><br><br>We are a busy renovations and maintenance company looking for a reliable, hard-working, and devoted handyman. <br><br><strong>You will be responsible for general renovations and maintenance duties, such as:</strong></p><ul><li>Door slab installation.</li><li>Ceramic tile installation.</li><li>Finish Plumbing.</li><li>Kitchen and countertop installation.</li><li>Framing.</li><li>Light Maintenance work. (Shelving, toilet paper holder install, medicine cabinets etc.)</li></ul><p><br /><em>***All work is in Hi-Rise rental apartments.***</em><br /></p><p>This is a full-time position (not for general contractors).<br><br></p><p><strong>Salary based on experience and will be fair and negotiable.</strong></p><ul><li>$25-$35/hr.</li><li>Mon-Friday.</li><li>8-10 hour shifts.</li></ul><p><br /><strong>A successful candidate requires:</strong></p><ul><li>A set of their own tools.</li><li>2-3 years of experience.</li><li>Their own vehicle.</li><li>An ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li></ul><br><br><strong>About Mirage Renovations Inc:</strong><p>Mirage renovations Inc. is an interior renovations company that specializes in residential apartment building rental units.
