What we expect from you
As a General Manager, you are an integral part of the Massimo Dutti image. Your strong leadership skills and retail experience will set the example for your team while manage the department in accordance with company standards, working closely with the regional team to achieve the store’s objectives and support the entire team. Some of your main responsibilities will be:
Monitor and improve sales performance and productivity
Oversee all operational and administrative tasks
Motivate, encourage and inspire your team
Analyze data to create the best strategy for your store
Hiring, training and developing the sales team
Ensure Health & Safety measures are respected
Be an ambassador for our company’s sustainability strategy
