The Opportunity
Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant team in daily operations, exemplifying Chipotle’s values and culture
- Train and develop crew, managers, and apprentices through orientations, performance discussions, and evaluations
- Coach and counsel employees timely
- Make decisions regarding promotions and terminations
- Identify talent, interview, and hire new crew members
- Foster teamwork and communicate company updates effectively
- Ensure proper employee compensation and benefits
- Schedule staff to meet business needs and ensure excellent customer service
- Manage sales, budgets, and financial controls including P&L statements
- Implement payroll procedures and complete administrative duties
- Maintain safety and security standards, training employees on safety protocols
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Build positive relationships with staff
- Communicate clearly with guests and team
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Be fluent in the primary language of the work location
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Have previous restaurant management experience
- Have experience as a Chipotle Apprentice
- Understand OSHA, EEOC, and health department regulations
- Hold an A.A. or B.A./B.S. degree in a related field
- Be proficient with PC and Microsoft Office Suite
Pay Transparency
The pay range is $54,000–$73,500, depending on experience and education. Compensation is subject to local wage laws.
