THE JOB :
- Develop and execute business and financial plans, including budgets, staffing, marketing, and community engagement.
- Hire, train, and develop a team of managers focused on guest service excellence.
- Oversee operational systems such as POS, training, and projection equipment.
- Maintain effective communication with management, staff, and external partners to resolve operational issues.
- Engage with guests to ensure a memorable movie experience.
- Create succession plans and provide performance feedback to staff.
- Participate actively in local community events and initiatives.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and respond to emergencies as needed.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, with a background in business, hospitality, or entertainment management preferred. Strong communication skills, financial acumen, and a customer-focused approach are essential.
