THE JOB :

  1. Develop and execute business and financial plans, including budgets, staffing, marketing, and community engagement.
  2. Hire, train, and develop a team of managers focused on guest service excellence.
  3. Oversee operational systems such as POS, training, and projection equipment.
  4. Maintain effective communication with management, staff, and external partners to resolve operational issues.
  5. Engage with guests to ensure a memorable movie experience.
  6. Create succession plans and provide performance feedback to staff.
  7. Participate actively in local community events and initiatives.
  8. Ensure safety protocols are followed and respond to emergencies as needed.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, with a background in business, hospitality, or entertainment management preferred. Strong communication skills, financial acumen, and a customer-focused approach are essential.
